1 year ago today I attend my first web3 event. 🤯Little did I know, this was the moment my direction in the space would forever change. Prior to this, my journey in the space would be: – Doom scrolling on X – Grinding useless WLs- Buying the top of NFTs (L Tradoor 🫵😹)- Produce 0 content. I was your average web3 bozo consumer being fed bs and negativity on the TL from engagement farmers.There had to be shift! The cold winter months in the bear market led to more people leaving each day. I wanted to step up, but lack direction. 🚷That all change when I went to first web3 meet up. A few friends flew down for NFT London 🇬🇧 (@Avalanche_XV, @TED3166, @LuvSengo & @mimy_xo). Over some Nando’s I’m told to leverage the skills I already possessed. From private discord events to Open Twitter Spaces. 🎤A simple step forward → Massive gateaway of opportunities.1 year later, I’ve been able to call web3 my home and thrive here full time.I truly cherish those who’ve helped me across this journey and those who inspire me.
